A quick trip to Quogue can provide everything you need to relax and enjoy a little break while continuing to stay safe.
Just a Short Drive from NYC
While many travelers are hesitant to fly right now, traveling by car offers a favorable alternative, so now is a wonderful time for a road trip to the Hamptons. Only a 90-minute drive from Manhattan and also easily accessible from the tri-state area and the rest of New England, Quogue is a lovely location for a quick getaway by car. Also, for those comfortable taking public transportation, travelers can simply catch a Jitney bus from the city to the stop in Quogue, located directly across the street from The Quogue Club.
Smaller Crowds
Known as the “Quiet Hampton”, the quaint village of Quogue provides the quintessential Hamptons experience you are looking for while avoiding the crowds further east in Southampton, East Hampton and Montauk. Visitors can stroll the streets of Quogue without worry and enjoy cute gift shops, an art gallery and views of beautiful homes and landscaping, all within walking distance of The Quogue Club. Also, those staying at the hotel have guest privileges at the private Quogue Beach where they can enjoy a lovely beach day with smaller crowds.

An Array of Social Distancing Activities
The East End of Long Island offers many opportunities for recreational fun with an array of activities to enjoy while also social distancing. Visitors can start the day with a bike ride through the picturesque streets of Quogue before spending the day at the private Quogue Beach. Also nearby, the Quogue Wildlife Refuge offers seven miles of hiking trails through the forest with scenic water views. Golf courses on the East End also remain open and guests staying at The Quogue Club can enjoy a round at the private Laurel Links Country Club course. And, be sure to stop by an East End winery and pick up a bottle of local wine as the perfect pairing for a picnic on the beach to end the day.
