Rates based on double occupancy; maximum person per room varies, but can be no more than 2 adults and 1 children at most.
Additional fees will be charged per person over double occupancy ($110/adult-$50/child 12 or under).
Hotel reserves the right to deny additional person over the above stated amounts.
Minimum 2 night stay on Summer weekends; 3 nights on holidays.
For one night stays, the total amount of the booking will be charged in full at time of booking. All stays of 2 or more nights will be charged the first two nights plus taxes as a deposit at time of booking. All stays of 8 or more days will be charged the full amount of the reservation total at the time of booking.
All cancellation received 21 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full deposit refund. No modifications to reservations within 21 days of arrival date. Any reservation cancelled inside of 72 hours prior to arrival are responsible for the full amount of the reservation; reservation cancellations received between 4-21 days will lose deposit amount. No-Show reservations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled stay.
Multi-room reservations of 4 or more rooms will adhere to a 90 day cancellation policy in order to receive a deposit refund; cancellations inside 72 hours will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
Late check out may incur an additional fee and are not always available.
All restaurant charges, amenity services or incidentals will be posted to the hotel folio and charged to the card on file on day of check-out.
No pets are allowed, which includes the use of Emotional Support Animals, which are not protected under ADA guidelines. Service animals are welcomed.
